The map editor has been confirmed along with a much slicker reputation system, unfortunately though, despite vehicles featuring in the Single-Player Campaign, Ubisoft has decided to remove them from the multiplayer, therefor, I doubt we'll be able to create race maps and such.
I'm sorry, at what point did I state it to be otherwise? I merely stated that it was relatively short lived due to the frustrating amount of bugs and that the hype has attracted more arcady-fanatical, trigger happy gamers, of which spoil the suspenseful tense encounters by simply shooting on sight...
Please, let's refrain from trolling. "The Last of Us" is a PS3 Exclusive game, how do Xbox 360's or Kinect relate to this article...?
Most probably Guild Wars 2. Although, Day Z, whilst being quite a remarkable social-experiment, as a game, the bug's refrain it from having lasting appeal, it's enjoyable, but feels unpolished and due to it's growing popularity, the hype has attracted more trigger happy players, resulting in a reduced chance of finding friendly survivors and just immature, trigger happy children...
Just waiting on a Collector's Edition announcement. This looks truly phenomenal...
I am curious as to see how the Infected Combat will differentiate from the Human Combat.
If you hold this opinion, then you must have bought a multitude of their games, if so, why do you keep buying them? Bethesda are fantastic developers, you just complain because at the moment they're the latest "Cool to hate". Grow up.
Wait? You're taking something Pachter says as fact? Ah, the un-knowledgable never cease to amaze me...
Back Up here in the United Kingdom...
Microsoft have released a statement saying: “We are aware of the problem and are working to resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.”
They were quick to reply to the issues. This'll be sorted in no time...
Good Campaign, terrible Multiplayer.
Based off of an in-game cinematic and around 30 seconds of gameplay you dismiss all other games this generation? The game will be fantastic, that I am sure of, but I hate it when people prematurely over-hype game's, they raise people's expectations to an unmatchable high.
Edit: IGN have edited their article, it now reads 11 Minutes of Gameplay.
Whilst I enjoyed the video, and found the technology to be fantastic for an open-world MGS Title, I can't help but feel a little underwhelmed, not for the quality of the video, but rather the contents, I wanted more gameplay and less cinematics, whilst the story is of upmost importance within an MGS title, I'd rather see gameplay, as to not spoil plot elements and because I am curious as to how ...
IGN have released an Update guy's:
"The upload speeds here at the Paramount Theater are SLOOOOOW. Stand by, we'll update with an ETA, but for now looks like it might take a few hours."
Why state a 30 Minute time-frame and wait until the end of said countdown to make such an underwhelming announcement? Typical IGN...
Kojima has revealed it's a prologue to Metal Gear Solid 5: http://m.joystiq.com/2012/0...
It only has two shots per clip. Most likely, 343 will heavily restrict the amount of ammo available for balancing purposes. I for one want to see the vehicular damage done by the Binary Rifle, whilst I doubt it will have the same impact as the Spartan Laser, I'm making the presumption, due to its power, that two to three shots will be all thats required to destroy a vehicle.
@ BattleAxe, whilst I agree that the Agree/Disagree system on this site can get monotonous at times, I believe then when people comment in the way you have just exampled, the commentator can be just as immature and biased.
Why introduce Xbox fans or the Halo franchise when neither are of any relevance to the discussion. Look at the comments you criticised disagreers on:
"The online is going to add more replay ability to it", people could rightfully ...
No attempt was made to match the atmosphere created by the debut trailer, the lack of a character customisation and the horribly stereotypical characters to choose from took away any immersion to be had whilst playing the game, the game was riddled with bugs, in all, it was possibly the most disappointing game of this generation. The developers really need to reconsider many of the design choices of the original if they intend this sequel to appeal to those disappointed by the original such a...
The character customisation was fantastic. It's a shame the game is closing, but I believe it to have had a good run. I'm not a fan of MMO's, but I thought this game was ambitious, fun and, well, good.
Ghost Recon was disappointing for one simple reason. Ubisoft neglected to show real gameplay at Expo's. Continuously at E3 they demonstrated touched up footage, making the game seem much more stunning graphically and technically than the actual product was...
However, for me, the list would read:
1) Mass Effect 3
2) Ninja Gaiden 3
3) Yakuza: Dead Souls
"Bayonetta is a brand that we want to see become stronger, reaching the hands of more and more gamers"...
So they made it exclusive to one console?
